It serves as a tool for internal communication and it is an alternative for communication by e-mail or telephone. Its advantage is a possibility of immediate feedback of someone else to help you solve your issue. The communication may include your notes or comments, etc. You may ask a question, make a task, make a suggestion to improve something in particular or anything else. HelpDesk allows you to go back to the issue anytime and start solving it once again or send it to other work unit.
