About the seminar

This full-day seminar is primarily designed for doctoral students but is open to anyone interested in the topics listed below. The content is based on the course “Information for Science and Research” and focuses on essential aspects of academic work:

  • How to effectively search and evaluate information sources
  • Intellectual property and academic ethics
  • Open Science principles
  • Scientific publishing and research assessment

 

Each session provides an overview of the topic and offers space for questions and discussion. Areas that prove complex or particularly interesting will be explored in more detail.
